    What Payment Options Do You Accept?

    When Will My Items Been Shipped?

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt payment.
    • You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships.
    • We will send it by express companies like TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., your will get your items in 4-7 business days.

    Will I Be Charged Customs Duty?

    We will ship your order by mentioning “samples” or “gift” at a very lower price (like $20), this probably may not charge you any customs duties. However, we have no control over these charges, as the customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

    How Do I Return & Exchange Items?

    • Items received within 15 days;
    • Items unused, not in damaged or worn condition;
    • Items in original packaging.

    How Do I Get A Refund?

    • We have to inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We can refund the cost of the merchandise & shipping if the return is a result of our error or defective products.
    • If the return is not the result of our error, but you initiate a return within 15 days from the arrival date, we refund the full cost of items but exclude the charge of delivery.
    • You can expect your refund within 3 business days after the returned items arrive at our facility. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
